Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75712-AG zelený 2m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75712-AG Green 2m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a 2-meter Ethernet patch cable designed to support high-speed data transmission in wired networks. Constructed to Cat6a performance levels, the cable uses S/FTP (shielded with individually foil-shielded pairs and an overall braid) to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over short runs. Both ends are terminated with standard RJ-45 connectors compatible with network switches, routers, patch panels and network interface cards.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable offers improved noise rejection and stable throughput compared with unshielded alternatives, making it suitable where external interference may affect connections. The 2 m length provides a practical balance for desktop, rack-to-rack or patch panel connections without excess cabling. The green jacket enables simple visual identification within structured cabling environments and helps with color-coded installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers to wall ports or switches
• Patching between network switches and patch panels in racks
• Short runs in offices or data closets where interference is a concern
• Home or small office gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet links over short distances

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a (augmented Cat6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Length: 2 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Jacket color: Green

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector on one end of the cable into the Ethernet port of your device (computer, switch or router) and the other end into the corresponding port on the network equipment. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure physical connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends, kinks and placing the cable near strong sources of electromagnetic noise despite its shielding. Use cable management solutions to route and secure the cable within racks or workstations.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for runs up to its intended length and within typical horizontal cabling limits; pair it with properly shielded patch panels and connectors if deploying in electrically noisy environments. Verify device capabilities and network equipment settings to support desired link speeds.
