Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75713-G 3 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75713-G 3m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable provides a reliable wired connection for high-speed data transmission over short to medium distances. Constructed to Cat6a specifications with S/FTP shielding and high-quality RJ-45 connectors with gold plating, this 3-metre cable is designed to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity for demanding network applications. The cable's green jacket offers a visible and organized alternative for structured cabling in homes, offices, and multimedia setups.

Advantages

Shielding in S/FTP construction combines an overall foil shield with individually foiled pairs to limit crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, supporting stable performance in congested cabling environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance, contributing to consistent signal transfer. The Cat6a rating enables higher frequency operation and better support for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over the 3 m length while the flexible jacket aids routing and cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and networked devices within home and small office environments
• High-bandwidth applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet links over short distances
• Multimedia setups, streaming devices and gaming consoles requiring low-latency wired connections
• Structured cabling runs where reduced interference and clear visual identification are desired

Key specifications

• Length: 3 metres
• Category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contacts: gold-plated contacts
• Color: green jacket
• Supported applications: up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short distances

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or device and the other connector into the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, tight kinks, or proximity to high-power electrical equipment to preserve shielding effectiveness and reduce potential interference. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management accessories such as clips, trays or tie wraps to maintain neat runs and minimize mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable length within recommended ranges for Cat6a installations, avoid running alongside unshielded power cables, and inspect connectors for debris before installation. Use the green color to label or differentiate network segments in multi-cable installations.
