Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75713-HG zelený 3 m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75713-HG Green 3m Cat6 S/FTP is a 3-meter Ethernet patch cable designed to meet Cat6 performance requirements with S/FTP shielding. Equipped with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold, the cable supports high-speed data transmission while reducing signal degradation and interference. Its green jacket provides clear visual identification for structured cabling runs and makes it easy to trace connections in racks and workspaces.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall foil shield with individually braided or foil-shielded pairs to limit crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity for gigabit and near-gigabit applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance conductivity and resist corrosion, helping maintain consistent contact quality over repeated insertions. The 3 m length balances reach and cable management convenience for patch panels, switches, and desktop connections, while the colored jacket simplifies network organization without compromising flexibility.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers, and patch panels within office or home networks
• Structured cabling where reduced electromagnetic interference is required
• Temporary or permanent setups needing clearly identified cable runs
• Environments using gigabit Ethernet and applications sensitive to crosstalk

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold plating on contacts
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper (solid or stranded depending on cable variant)
• Jacket color: green

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector securely into the corresponding Ethernet port on network devices such as switches, routers, or computers until the latch clicks. Route the 3 m cable to avoid tight bends and areas with strong electromagnetic sources; maintain gentle bend radii to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For patch panels and wall plates, ensure connectors are fully seated and strain relief is applied where available to prevent tension on the terminations.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable in installations up to the specified 3 m length and pair it with equipment rated for gigabit or higher speeds. Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and replace any cable that shows visible damage to the jacket or connectors. Label both ends if used in larger structured cabling schemes to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.
