Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75713-Y 3 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75713-Y 3m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable provides a high-performance wired connection for data networks. Constructed to Cat6a specifications with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) cabling and RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts, the cable is designed to support high-speed Ethernet links while reducing crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. The 3-meter length and bright yellow jacket offer a balance of reach and visibility for installations in home offices, server racks, and workspace environments.

Advantages

Shielding in S/FTP design delivers improved protection against alien crosstalk and EMI compared with unshielded alternatives, helping to maintain signal integrity at higher frequencies. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts minimize corrosion and improve electrical contact reliability over time. The Cat6a specification supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet over suitable infrastructure, and the 3 m length is convenient for desk-to-switch or patch-panel connections while the yellow jacket enhances cable identification.

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 3 meters
• Jacket color: yellow
• Supported data rates: up to 10 Gbps over appropriate infrastructure

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plug fully into the Ethernet port of your device or network equipment until it clicks. Route the 3 m cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; maintain gentle curves and use cable management accessories when installing in racks or along desks. For best performance, keep the cable separated from high-power electrical cables and large electrical devices that generate interference. Verify link status and network speed on connected equipment after installation.

Recommendations

Use the ShiverPeaks 3 m Cat6a S/FTP cable for short to medium patch runs requiring reliable 10 Gbps-capable links and low susceptibility to interference. When installing in permanent infrastructure, ensure connectors and ports are compatible with shielded cabling and that proper grounding or bonding practices are followed to preserve shielding effectiveness.
