Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75726 20 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75726 20m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is designed for high-bandwidth wired connections in home and office environments. This 20-metre cable uses Cat6a specification with S/FTP shielding to support stable, high-speed data transfer while reducing electromagnetic and crosstalk interference. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts, the cable delivers reliable electrical contact and corrosion resistance in typical networking setups. The neutral grey jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for visible installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding configuration combines an overall braid with individually foil-shielded pairs to improve protection against external noise and pair-to-pair interference, which helps maintain signal integrity at higher frequencies. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure consistent connection quality and lower contact resistance. The 20 m length provides reach for connecting devices across rooms without additional patching, and the Cat6a specification allows support for higher data rates and bandwidth-intensive applications.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in homes and small offices
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers
• Connecting switches, routers, PCs, NAS devices and other networked equipment
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference and stable performance are required

Key specifications

• Length: 20 metres
• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil on individual pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Outer jacket colour: Grey

How to use

Route the cable between network devices avoiding tight bends and sharp edges to preserve cable integrity. Insert RJ-45 connectors fully into the corresponding ports on network equipment until the latch clicks. For best performance, keep the cable separated from high-voltage power lines and large electromagnetic sources. If running the cable through conduits or behind walls, ensure compliance with local installation codes and use appropriate cable supports.

Recommendations

For optimal data throughput, use the ShiverPeaks Cat6a cable in combination with network equipment rated for Gigabit or higher speeds. Avoid excessive bending radii and protect the connectors from moisture and mechanical stress to maintain long-term reliability.
