Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75726-Y 20 m Cat6a S/FTP čierny

The ShiverPeaks BS75726-Y 20m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. This black cable uses Category 6a specification and S/FTP (screened foiled twisted pair) shielding to minimize electromagnetic interference and preserve signal integrity over longer runs. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors for easy connection to routers, switches, patch panels and network devices.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable supports higher bandwidth and improved crosstalk protection compared with lower-category cables, enabling stable Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections where supported by hardware. The S/FTP construction combines an overall braid with individual pair foil shielding to reduce external interference and maintain consistent throughput. A 20 meter length provides flexibility for device placement while a robust outer jacket helps protect the cable from everyday wear in residential and office environments.

Suitable for

• Wired network connections between routers, switches and computers in home offices and small businesses
• Patch runs in structured cabling for workstations and network racks
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming, online gaming and large file transfers
• Connections requiring reduced electromagnetic interference in mixed-cable environments

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 meters
• Category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus foil around each pair)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Black
• Suitable for Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet over supported distances

How to use

Uncoil the cable carefully to avoid kinks and route it between network devices, ensuring bends follow gentle curves and do not exceed manufacturer bend radius recommendations. Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the Ethernet ports of your router, switch, computer or other network device until they click into place. For fixed installations, secure the cable using cable ties or clips to prevent strain on connectors and maintain tidy routing. Test the connection after installation to confirm link speed and stability.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines or close to sources of strong electromagnetic interference. When using 10 Gigabit Ethernet, verify that connected hardware supports the required speeds and that patch lengths and channel configurations stay within Cat6a specifications. Store unused length coiled loosely and avoid sharp bends to preserve shielding and conductor integrity.
