sieťový kábel shiverpeaks Cat.7 štíhly 5.0m

The ShiverPeaks Cat.7 slim 5.0m networking cable provides a compact, flexible connection for high-speed Ethernet installations. With a 5.0 meter length and a slim jacket profile, the cable is intended for home and office environments where space and cable routing are limited. The Cat.7 specification and U/FTP (STP) shielding support reliable transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent contact performance. The bright yellow jacket aids identification and routing in patch panels, server racks, and behind desks.

Advantages

The slim design simplifies installation in tight conduits and behind furniture while maintaining Cat.7 performance for high-frequency signal transmission. U/FTP shielding on each pair reduces crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or nearby electronic equipment. Gold-plated connectors resist corrosion and provide low-resistance contacts for stable connections. The 5.0 meter length allows flexibility in positioning devices without excess slack while the visible jacket color helps with quick identification during maintenance.

Suitable for

• Gigabit and multi-gigabit Ethernet connections in home and small office networks
• Connecting network switches, routers, NAS devices, and desktop computers
• Patch panel runs and cable management where a slim profile is required
• Environments with multiple cable runs where shielding improves signal reliability

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.7
• Shielding type: U/FTP (shielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 5.0 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: slim profile, flexible for tight routing
• Color: yellow

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your network device and the other into a switch, router, or wall jack. Route the slim cable through cable channels, under desks, or along baseboards as needed; avoid sharp bends and pinch points to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. For installations in racks or patch panels, allow gentle curves at entry points and secure the cable with appropriate organizers to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power cables and large transformers. Ensure connectors are fully seated and perform a link test after installation to confirm expected data rates. When terminating in patch panels or keystone jacks, use compatible shielded connectors and maintain continuous shielding for optimal Cat.7 performance.
