Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks Cat.7 U/FTP štíhly 3,0 m

The ShiverPeaks Cat.7 U/FTP Slim 3.0m networking cable provides high-speed wired connectivity over a 3.0 metre length. Constructed for environments that require stable data transmission, the cable uses U/FTP (unshielded overall, foil-shielded twisted pairs) shielding to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and consistent signal transfer. The slim profile and bright yellow jacket make the cable easier to route and visually identifiable in multi-cable installations.

Advantages

The U/FTP shielding design improves noise rejection on each twisted pair while maintaining a flexible outer sheath suitable for tight routing. Gold-plated contacts offer corrosion resistance and stable electrical contact to minimize packet loss and connection drops. The slim cable construction reduces bend radius and takes up less space in cable ducts, patch panels, or behind equipment racks. A 3.0 m length covers common desk-to-switch and short-run connections without excess slack.

Suitable for

• Wired home networks connecting routers, switches and desktop PCs
• Office workstations and patch panel interconnects
• Server room short runs and switch-to-appliance links
• AV installations where cable visibility or color coding is useful

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 network cable
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall unshielded, foil around each pair)
• Length: 3.0 metres
• Connector type: RJ-45 plug, gold-plated contacts
• Cable profile: slim/low-profile jacket for tight routing
• Jacket colour: yellow

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your router, switch, modem, or network device and plug the opposite end into the target device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to achieve a secure electrical connection. Route the slim cable along cable trays, behind furniture, or through conduits as needed; avoid sharp bends that exceed the cable's bend radius. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong EMI sources such as large unshielded power transformers or high-current power lines.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium fixed installations where a visible, colour-coded run helps organization. For environments with very high electromagnetic interference or where grounding of an overall braid is required, consider alternative fully shielded cable types. Periodically inspect connectors for wear and ensure contact points remain free of corrosion to maintain optimal performance.
