Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP 0,5m červený

The ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP 0.5m Red networking cable is a short patch lead designed for high-speed data connections in compact setups. With S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, this 0.5 metre cable is intended for reliable transmission of Ethernet signals where space is limited. The bright red jacket provides clear visual identification in patch panels and cabling runs.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding—an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs—reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for improved signal integrity. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer stable contact and corrosion resistance to maintain consistent network performance. The half-metre length minimises cable clutter and signal attenuation for short links between devices. The cable jacket and flexible construction allow easy routing in dense installations while the red colour simplifies cable management and identification.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in racks, wall outlets, or desktop setups where short patch cables are required
• Patch panel to switch connections in data cabinets with limited space
• Home office and small office Ethernet links for gigabit or higher-speed networks
• Applications where visual cable identification is helpful, such as colour-coded installations

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 crimps with gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Red
• Conductor: stranded or solid copper conductors suitable for patching (flexible construction)

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices until the latch clicks into place. Use the 0.5 m length for short connections between switches, patch panels, routers and endpoints where minimal slack is desired. Avoid sharp bends near the connector ends and do not place heavy objects on the cable. For installations in racks or patch panels, route the cable along existing cable management paths to keep connections accessible and organised.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for gigabit Ethernet or higher-speed links over short distances and maintain proper grounding of shielded infrastructure. If extending beyond short patch lengths, select appropriate longer cables or use a combination of patching and structured cabling components to preserve shielding continuity and signal quality.
