Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP 10m

The ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP 10m networking cable is a 10-metre grey Ethernet lead designed for reliable high-speed wired connections. Featuring S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, the cable supports consistent data transfer with reduced electromagnetic interference. Its Cat6 specification makes it suitable for modern local area networks where stable gigabit performance is required.

Advantages

The cable's S/FTP construction combines an overall foil shield with individually foil-shielded twisted pairs to limit crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity over longer runs. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure low contact resistance and corrosion resistance for sustained connectivity. The 10 m length provides flexibility in device placement without the need for additional adapters or extenders.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between routers, switches and networked computers
• Home offices and small business networks requiring gigabit speeds
• Connecting gaming consoles, smart TVs and media devices to a wired network
• Patch panel or structured cabling runs where Cat6 performance is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 10 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Color: Grey
• Cable use: Ethernet network cabling for high-speed data transfer

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end of the ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP cable to your router, switch or modem and the other end to your computer, gaming console or networked device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression, and keep it separated from high-power electrical cables where possible to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best results, use the cable within structured cabling installations or point-to-point connections up to 10 m. Avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines and secure it with appropriate clips or cable ties to prevent strain on the connectors. Test network performance after installation to confirm expected throughput and reliability.
