Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks Cat7 tenký 0,25m

The ShiverPeaks Cat7 Slim 0.25m networking cable is a short, high-quality patch cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in compact setups. This 0.25 meter cable uses U/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference and paired-cable crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide corrosion-resistant contacts and consistent signal transmission. The slim profile and blue jacket make it suitable for tight spaces and neat, visible runs in home offices, server racks, and AV installations where distance between devices is minimal.

Advantages

The U/FTP shielding construction reduces external interference and improves overall link stability compared with unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs enhance contact reliability and longevity. Its 0.25 m length eliminates excess cable slack, supporting tidier cable management in compact environments. The slim jacket allows easier routing through constrained pathways while maintaining Cat7 performance characteristics for high-speed Ethernet connections.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting a network switch to a nearby patch panel or router in a rack
• Short interconnects between desktop equipment and wall ports
• Home entertainment systems and AV devices requiring a short Ethernet link
• Compact workstations where cable length should be minimised for neatness

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall Unshielded with Foiled Twisted Pairs)
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connector type: RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket colour: Blue
• Profile: Slim/low-profile jacket for tight routing

How to use

Connect one gold-plated RJ-45 connector to the Ethernet port of your device and the other to the target port on a switch, router, patch panel or wall jack. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to guarantee a secure connection. Use the short cable for direct, close-range links where minimal slack and tidy routing are desired. Avoid excessive bending at the connector ends and do not place heavy objects on the cable to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best results, use this slim Cat7 cable for short-distance interconnects in shielded or open environments where minimal electromagnetic interference is present. When deploying near strong sources of EMI, verify that connected equipment and installation practices maintain proper grounding to leverage the cable's U/FTP shielding. Store and route the cable without tight kinks and replace if connector contacts become damaged or corroded.
