Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks SP717-SLG zelený 7,5 m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks SP717-SLG Green 7.5m Cat6 U/UTP is a network patch cable designed for reliable wired connections in home and office environments. This 7.5 metre Cat6 cable supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and uses U/UTP construction to provide consistent signal transmission. Fitted with standard RJ-45 plugs and gold-plated contacts, the cable is intended for typical LAN connections between switches, routers, patch panels and network devices while the green jacket makes cable routing and identification simple.

Advantages

The cable combines Category 6 performance with a 7.5 m length to balance reach and manageability. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 connectors improve conductivity and resist corrosion for longer connector life. The U/UTP design minimises crosstalk and preserves signal integrity across the supported frequency range, while the flexible green outer sheath eases installation and visual identification in cable bundles or patch bays.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers within a local area network
• Patch panel to switch or wall socket to network device links
• Home offices and small office network setups requiring reliable Gigabit connections
• Temporary or permanent installations where cable colour-coding is useful

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 7.5 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with overall unshielded jacket)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Colour: Green jacket for easy identification
• Compatible data rates: Supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and lower-speed Ethernet standards

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks. Use the 7.5 m length to place devices at a moderate distance from switches or routers; avoid tight bends or kinks near the connector ends to preserve performance. For permanent runs, route the cable through cable management channels and secure it at intervals to prevent strain on connectors. Test connectivity after installation using a network utility or switch link status to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep it away from large sources of electromagnetic interference. When planning cable runs, respect bend radius guidelines and avoid excessive tension. Use the green colour to implement simple colour-coded network segments and label both ends if used in patch panels or structured cabling installations.
