Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks SP720-SLB modrý 10m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks SP720-SLB Blue 10m Cat6 U/UTP is a 10-meter network patch cable designed to meet Cat6 performance requirements. It uses U/UTP construction to provide basic shielding at the cable level while maintaining flexible handling, and is terminated with RJ-45 connectors plated in gold to ensure reliable contact and reduced oxidation. The blue jacket identifies the cable in mixed installations and fits residential and commercial network environments where 10 m reach is required.

Advantages

The cable supports Cat6 bandwidth and is suitable for gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed data links, with U/UTP construction reducing external electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve conductivity and contact reliability. The 10-meter length covers typical desk-to-switch distances without the need for intermediate patch panels, and the durable outer jacket provides mechanical protection while remaining flexible for routing in racks, conduits, or along walls.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, routers and end devices
• Home networks linking modems, routers and PCs at distances up to 10 m
• Office workstations and VoIP phone connections
• Patch panels and structured cabling in small to medium-sized installations

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 performance
• Length: 10 meters
• Construction: U/UTP (unshielded pairs inside overall unshielded jacket)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Color: Blue outer jacket
• Suitable for: Gigabit Ethernet, 1 Gbps and compatible network protocols
• Jacket: flexible PVC for general indoor use

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the other end to the device requiring network access, such as a PC, NAS or IP phone. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and areas with strong electromagnetic sources; maintain reasonable separation from power wiring when possible. For best signal performance, avoid excessive kinking or stretching of the cable.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 U/UTP cable for typical indoor networking runs up to 10 m. For installations that require plenum-rated or outdoor-rated cabling, or where higher shielding is necessary, select a cable with the appropriate jacket material or shield type. Test connections after installation with a network tester to verify continuity and performance.
