Sieťový kábel Telegärtner CAT6a 25 m

The Telegärtner CAT6a 25m networking cable is a shielded S/FTP Ethernet cable with factory-fitted RJ-45 connectors at both ends in a blue jacket, designed for reliable high-speed data transmission over a 25 metre run. It supports augmented Category 6a performance characteristics suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference through its overall foil shield and individually foiled and braided pairs. The pre-terminated design allows immediate use in structured cabling, home networks, and office installations without additional termination tools.

Advantages

This CAT6a cable delivers consistent signal integrity across the full 25 m length, reducing crosstalk and external interference thanks to its S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs) construction. Factory-fitted RJ-45 connectors ensure proper contact and save installation time compared with field-terminated cables. The blue jacket provides clear visual identification in patch panels and cable runs. The cable is manufactured to meet category-specific performance requirements for higher bandwidth applications.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links in LAN environments
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels, and networked devices
• Structured cabling runs in offices, server rooms, and home offices
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6a (augmented Cat6) performance
• Length: 25 m
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs
• Connectors: RJ-45 plugs on both ends, factory-terminated
• Conductor: twisted pairs (solid or stranded conductors depending on manufacture), designed for Ethernet data transmission
• Color: blue jacket

How to use

Route the cable between the two network endpoints avoiding sharp bends and tight loops; maintain bend radii recommended for Ethernet cabling and avoid running parallel to power lines to reduce interference. Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the appropriate Ethernet ports on switches, routers, network interface cards, or patch panels until the latch clicks. For structured installations, secure the cable with appropriate supports and cable management accessories, and test the link using network testers to verify connectivity and performance.

Recommendations

Use this CAT6a S/FTP cable where higher bandwidth and EMI protection are required. For permanent in-wall installations, confirm local building codes and installation standards; for high-density racks consider labeling both ends and using appropriate patch panels or cable organizers to maintain signal performance.
