Sieťový kábel Telegärtner CAT6a 30 m

The Telegärtner CAT6a 30m networking cable is a 30-meter S/FTP Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a grey outer jacket. It is designed to support high-speed data transmission for structured cabling in home, office and small data center environments. The S/FTP shielding and CAT6a category rating provide electrical protection against external interference and allow stable throughput at higher frequencies compared with lower-category cables.

Advantages

This networking cable offers elevated noise immunity due to its S/FTP construction, combining foil shielding around each twisted pair with an overall braided shield. The CAT6a rating ensures support for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over appropriate distances and improved headroom for bandwidth-intensive applications. Factory-terminated RJ-45 plugs provide plug-and-play connectivity and reduce installation time. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections within supported distance limits
• Wired LAN connections for desktops, switches, routers and patch panels
• Structured cabling runs in offices, meeting rooms and home network setups
• Environments requiring increased protection from electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6a
• Length: 30 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (foiled pairs + overall braided shield)
• Connectors: RJ-45 terminated both ends
• Color: Grey outer jacket
• Typical application frequency: up to 500 MHz

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device (for example a switch or router) and the other plug to the endpoint device such as a PC or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges and prolonged compression; maintain bend radii recommended for twisted-pair cabling to preserve signal integrity. If installed in cable trays or conduits alongside power lines, observe separation distances and grounding practices appropriate for shielded cabling.

Recommendations

For best results, use this CAT6a cable with compatible hardware rated for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and maintain installation practices that preserve shielding continuity. Test installed runs with appropriate network cable testers to verify performance and continuity. Avoid excessive pulling tension during installation and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources where possible.
