Sieťový kábel Telegärtner MP8 FS 600 LSZH-0,5 žltý 0,5 m

The Telegärtner MP8 FS 600 LSZH-0,5 is a 0.5 m patch cable in yellow, designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in office and cabinet environments. Constructed with Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) materials, it reduces toxic fumes in the event of fire and is suitable for areas requiring enhanced fire safety. The cable is available in multiple categories and lengths for different network requirements and includes moulded strain relief and latch protection for improved mechanical robustness.

Advantages

MP8 FS 600 LSZH patch cords meet relevant ISO/IEC standards for channel transmission when used with the appropriate Category bulk cable (for example Cat.7 meets Channel Class E per ISO/IEC 11801). Cat.5e variants already fulfil the increased requirements for Gigabit Ethernet installation of Class D channels. The LSZH jacket enhances safety in enclosed spaces while the moulded strain relief and latch protection increase durability and reduce the risk of connector damage during handling and installation.

Suitable for

• Office networks and workstation connections
• Control cabinets and areas with IP20 protection class
• Gigabit Ethernet and higher-speed links when paired with appropriate category cabling
• Installations requiring low smoke zero halogen materials for fire safety

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Color: Yellow
• Connector type: MP8 (moulded)
• Jacket material: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Standards: Designed to meet channel transmission requirements per ISO/IEC 11801 (dependent on category)
• Features: Latch protection, moulded strain relief

How to use

Connect the MP8 connectors to compatible ports on network devices such as switches, patch panels or workstations. Ensure the cable is routed without excessive bending or tension and that the moulded strain relief is seated at the connection point to reduce stress on the connector. For optimal channel performance, pair this patch cord with bulk cable of the appropriate category (Cat.5e, Cat.6, Cat.7 etc.) and follow standard installation practices and channel certification procedures.

Recommendations

Use this LSZH patch cable in enclosed or public spaces where reduced smoke and halogen emissions are required. Avoid routing through areas exposed to direct sunlight or sharp edges and replace cables that show visible wear or damaged connectors to maintain connection reliability and safety.
