Sieťový kábel Ubiquiti UACC-CABLE-PATCH-OUTDOOR-5M-BK RJ-45 Cat5e 5m čierny

The UISP Patch Cable Outdoor is a rugged, all-weather Ethernet patch cable designed for outdoor UISP deployments that require enhanced protection from wind, moisture, and temperature extremes. It combines a shielded RJ45 plug, internal foil shielding, and a built-in ESD drain wire inside a weatherproof insulating jacket. The cable is offered in multiple lengths (1, 2, 3, 5, 8 meters) to accommodate different installation distances.

Advantages

This outdoor patch cable provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and electrostatic discharge thanks to its shielded RJ45 connector, foil shielding, and ESD drain wire. The weatherproof insulating jacket increases durability in harsh outdoor environments and helps preserve signal integrity. Multiple available lengths simplify installations by reducing the need for extensions.

Key specifications

• Cable type: Outdoor shielded Ethernet patch cable
• Connector: Shielded RJ45 plug
• Shielding: Internal foil shielding and ESD drain wire
• Jacket: Weatherproof insulating jacket
• Available lengths: 1 m, 2 m, 3 m, 5 m, 8 m

How to use

Choose the cable length that matches the distance between devices. Connect the shielded RJ45 plug to the corresponding Ethernet port on your UISP device and the remote device, ensuring secure seating of the connector. Route the cable along a protected path when possible and avoid sharp bends or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maximize lifespan. For installations in areas with strong electromagnetic interference, ensure shield continuity to grounded equipment.

Recommendations

For best results, select the appropriate length to minimize excess cabling and use proper grounding practices to maintain the effectiveness of the cable's shielding. Inspect connectors and the jacket periodically for damage in long-term outdoor installations.
