Sieťový kábel VALUE 21.99.0892 sivý 300 m Cat6 S/FTP

The VALUE 21.99.0892 Grey 300m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable is a 300-meter bulk cable designed to support high-speed data transmission in structured cabling installations. Built to the Cat6 standard with S/FTP shielding, this cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk to maintain signal integrity over longer runs. Its grey sheath provides a neutral, professional appearance suitable for visible runs in offices, server rooms, and residential installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually foiled pairs to offer enhanced protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, which helps preserve data throughput and reduce transmission errors. The Cat6 specification supports higher bandwidths and improved performance compared with earlier categories, making this cable appropriate for Gigabit Ethernet and other demanding network applications. The 300 m length on a bulk spool allows flexible planning of cable runs and reduces the need for multiple joins.

Suitable for

• Structured LAN installations in offices and commercial buildings
• Server rooms and data cabinets requiring reliable backbone cabling
• High-bandwidth home networks and media streaming setups
• Site wiring where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Category 6 (Cat6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 300 meters
• Color: Grey
• Intended use: Bulk networking cable for termination with compatible RJ45 connectors or patch panels

How to use

Plan the cable route and measure required lengths before cutting from the bulk spool. Terminate the cable with compatible Cat6-rated connectors, keystone jacks, or patch panel ports, observing the correct pair twist preservation and the chosen wiring scheme (T568A or T568B). Ensure the shielding is properly grounded at patch panels or keystone jacks where applicable to maintain the effectiveness of the S/FTP design. Test each run with appropriate cable certification or qualification tools to verify performance and continuity.

Recommendations

Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during installation to prevent damage to the cable construction and preserve the shield integrity. Keep the cable separated from high-voltage power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use connectors and installation hardware rated for Cat6 and shielded cable where the S/FTP design is to be fully effective.
