The stainless steel handle provides durability and ergonomic stability for precise control. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for both small and large mixing bowls and allow accurate portioning and finishing work. The combination of materials supports hygienic use and straightforward cleaning.

• Handle material: stainless steel
• Blade width: 60 mm
• Total height/length: 285 mm

How to use

Hold the stainless steel handle firmly and position the silicone blade against the bowl or work surface. Use a scraping motion to collect dough, batter or residue and transfer it as needed.
