Silikónový tesniaci prostriedok Fischer Premium stavebný tesniaci prostriedok DBSA

Fischer Premium construction silicone DBSA is a low-odour, alkoxy-based silicone sealant designed for indoor and outdoor sealing on a wide range of substrates. It features low volume shrinkage, broad adhesion to materials such as ceramic, concrete, glass, metal and wood, and contains fungicidal properties suitable for sanitary applications. Supplied in a 310 ml cartridge, this silicone is suitable for window sealing, movement and connection joints on walls and roofs, and general construction and repair tasks.

Advantages

The DBSA formulation provides low odour during application and low volume shrinkage after curing, ensuring clean and stable joints. Its alkoxy chemistry delivers high adhesion on diverse substrates without the need for primer in many cases, and the fungicidal additive helps prevent mould growth in wet environments. The product is easy to apply and tool, enabling efficient workflow on site.

Suitable for

• Sealing around bathtubs, washbasins and showers
• Window and door frame sealing
• Movement and connection joints on walls and roofs
• Sealing joints on ceramic, glass, metal, concrete and wood surfaces

How to use

Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and old sealant. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required bead size and apply with a standard caulking gun. Smooth the sealant within the open skin time using a suitable tool or a wet finger to achieve a uniform joint. Allow the sealant to cure undisturbed; full cure time depends on bead size and ambient conditions.

Recommendations

For best results on porous or difficult substrates test adhesion beforehand and use a suitable primer if required. Avoid contact with surfaces sensitive to alcohols released during curing, and follow local disposal regulations for empty cartridges.
