Simagic pedálový systém S301 s 100 kg tenzometrickou váhou a Hallovými senzormi

The Simagic Pedal System S301 with 100 kg Load Cell and Hall Sensors is a three-pedal set engineered for sim racing setups that require precise brake force measurement and stable position sensing. The system pairs a 100 kg load cell on the brake pedal with Hall effect sensors for throttle and clutch, delivering consistent, contactless detection and long service life. The S301 is built to integrate with popular sim rigs and provides repeatable input ideal for advanced wheelbase and cockpit configurations.

Advantages

The 100 kg load cell provides high-resolution brake force feedback that improves braking modulation and lap consistency. Hall effect sensors on throttle and clutch ensure contactless position detection, reducing wear and eliminating mechanical debounce. Robust construction and adjustable pedal geometry allow customization of pedal spacing and angle to suit different driving styles and cockpit layouts. Overall, the S301 balances accuracy, durability, and adaptability for regular sim racing use.

Suitable for

• Home and competitive sim racing rigs
• Drivers seeking consistent brake force measurement and progressive pedal feel
• Sim setups that require long-lasting, low-maintenance input devices
• Users who want adjustable pedal geometry for ergonomic tuning

Key specifications

• Brake sensor: 100 kg load cell for force-based measurement
• Throttle and clutch sensors: Hall effect contactless position detection
• Pedal count: three (throttle, brake, clutch)
• Adjustable pedal spacing and pedal angle
• Durable metal construction for pedal arms and base
• Interfaces: standard sim racing connector compatibility with common cockpits and control modules

How to use

Install the Simagic S301 on a compatible pedal plate or rig following the manufacturer's mounting guidelines. Connect the pedal system to your control module or wheelbase using the provided cable and ensure correct channel mapping in your simulation software. Calibrate the load cell and Hall sensors within the game or controller software to set brake travel, dead zones, and pedal sensitivity. Adjust pedal spacing and angle mechanically to achieve a comfortable and repeatable foot position for driving.

Recommendations

For consistent results, perform calibration after any mechanical adjustment and periodically check mounting bolts for tightness. Use progressive brake modulation during setup to allow the 100 kg load cell to register force changes accurately. Avoid exposing the unit to excessive moisture and clean contacts and mounting surfaces as part of routine maintenance.
