How to use

Place the shredder on a stable, level surface and position it close to a suitable power outlet. Switch the unit on according to the manufacturer’s control panel instructions and feed paper into the feed slot aligned with the working width. For best results, feed no more sheets than the machine’s recommended capacity per pass and remove staples or large paper clips when possible. Allow the motor to cool according to the operational cycle guidelines to maintain longevity. Empty the waste bin regularly to prevent jams and ensure continuous performance.

Recommendations

Use the HSM SECURIO C18 for routine secure document destruction in small office environments. Avoid overloading the feed, keep liquids away from the unit, and follow periodic maintenance such as emptying the bin and checking the cutting elements. For large volumes or continual heavy use consider a higher-capacity model.
