Folding shipping bag MAILmedia B4 140 g/m² with 20 mm flap is a rigid envelope designed to carry B4-size documents and flat items without bending during transit. Made from 140 g/m² board, the construction delivers stiffness and protection while remaining lightweight for postal use. The 20 mm flap enables secure closure and easy sealing with adhesive tape or glue, making it suitable for routine mailings and document shipments.

Advantages

The sturdy 140 g/m² board prevents creasing and provides dimensional stability, reducing the risk of damage to printed materials or contracts. The folding design simplifies packing and allows the envelope to be prepared quickly. A 20 mm flap gives enough overlap for reliable sealing and helps keep contents in place during handling. The neutral surface is compatible with labels and postage marks.

Suitable for

• Sending B4-size documents, brochures and catalogs
• Mailing flat promotional materials and proofs
• Protecting certificates, photos and prints during transit
• Office archiving and short-term document storage

• Format compatibility: B4 documents and flat items

How to use

Insert documents flat into the envelope, ensuring the contents align with the edges to maintain protection. Use clear adhesive tape along the flap edge for reinforced closure when sending multiple-page documents or important originals.
