Samolepiace poštové tašky MAILmedia C4 s okienkom 383320 od MAILmedia

Self‑adhesive MAILmedia mailing bags C4 with window model 383320 provide a simple, secure solution for sending documents and flat printed materials without separate envelopes. These C4 format bags include a transparent address window that keeps recipient details visible while protecting contents from dirt and light handling. The peel‑and‑seal adhesive closure allows fast sealing and reduces the need for additional tape or glue, making them suitable for routine business mailings and invoicing.

Advantages

The bags combine a protective outer layer with an integrated clear window to preserve address visibility and prevent smudging. The self‑adhesive flap ensures a reliable seal that speeds up packing and lowers handling time. Lightweight construction reduces postage cost while offering enough rigidity to protect documents from bending in transit. The product is compatible with standard C4 documents and fits typical postal and courier handling processes.

Suitable for

• Business invoices and statements
• Printed marketing materials and brochures
• Official documents and certificates
• Mailings where address visibility through a window is required

Key specifications

• Format: C4 (suitable for unfolded A4 documents)
• Closure type: peel‑and‑seal self‑adhesive flap
• Feature: transparent address window integrated into the face of the bag
• Material: protective flexible packing material designed for postal use
• Intended use: single‑item or multiple flat documents protection during shipment

How to use

Insert the document or flat item into the bag so the recipient address aligns with the transparent window. Remove the protective strip from the adhesive flap and press firmly to secure the seal along the flap edge. Ensure the contents lie flat inside the bag and that the window shows the address clearly before posting. No additional adhesives are required; if extra protection is needed, use suitable postage packing options in accordance with postal service guidelines.

Recommendations

Store the mailing bags in a dry, cool place to preserve adhesive performance and material integrity. For machine processing, confirm compatibility with your inserter or conveyor system and test a small batch first. When sending sensitive items, consider additional internal protection such as cardboard stiffeners to avoid bending.
