Skladovacia nádoba allit ProfiPlus GripBox 5 ESD elektricky vodivá čierna veľkosť 5

Rigid storage bin allit ProfiPlus GripBox 5 ESD in black, size 5, designed for electrically conductive applications. The bin provides ESD-safe handling and organized storage of small parts, components and tools. Suitable for workshops, electronics assembly and industrial environments where electrostatic discharge protection and stackable, durable storage are required.

Advantages

The allit ProfiPlus GripBox 5 ESD features electrically conductive material that dissipates static charge to protect sensitive electronic components. Its rigid construction ensures long-term durability and resistance to deformation under load. Integrated grip areas and a textured surface enable secure handling and easy removal from shelving or trolleys. The design allows stable stacking and space-efficient storage while the open front provides fast access to contents.

Suitable for

• Storage and transport of small electronic components and assemblies
• Use in ESD-protected workstations and clean production areas
• Organizing tools, screws, connectors and spare parts in workshops
• Integration into shelving systems, trolleys and assembly lines

Key specifications

• Material: electrically conductive plastic compound for ESD protection
• Colour: black
• Size category: size 5 (suitable for medium-small parts)
• Design: rigid, non-flexing body with open front access
• Handling: integrated grip areas and textured surface for secure handling
• Stackability: stable stackable geometry for space-efficient storage
• Durability: impact- and wear-resistant construction for industrial use

How to use

Place the bin on shelving, in drawers or on trolleys designed to accept GripBox-style containers. Load components or tools so that heavier items rest at the rear and frequently used items remain near the open front for quick access. When working in ESD-protected areas, ensure the bin is used in conjunction with appropriate grounding measures and ESD-safe handling practices. Stacking multiple bins is possible; align them so the supporting features engage to maintain stability.

Recommendations

For effective ESD protection, use the bin within a grounded ESD control program: connect workstation grounding, wear ESD wrist straps or heel grounders as required, and avoid placing non-conductive insulating materials between the bin and grounded surfaces. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid strong solvents that can affect conductive properties.
