Skrutka cimco 190091, pozinkovaný kov, pre drevovláknité dosky, dĺžka 30 mm, priemer závitu 3,5 mm, 1 kus

The cimco 190091 screw is a single galvanized metal fastener intended for secure anchoring in fibreboard. With a total length of 30 mm and a 3.5 mm thread diameter, this screw is designed to deliver a reliable hold in composite wood panels used in furniture assembly and light joinery. Supplied as one piece per pack, the screw’s zinc-coated surface provides basic corrosion resistance suitable for indoor applications.

Advantages

This galvanized metal screw offers consistent thread profile and controlled penetration for fibreboard, reducing splitting and ensuring repeatable engagement. The corrosion-resistant zinc coating improves durability in typical indoor environments. The compact 30 mm length and 3.5 mm thread diameter make it compatible with thin panels and fittings where a discreet fastener is required.

How to use

Pre-drill a pilot hole in the fibreboard if required by panel density to avoid splitting; pilot diameter should be slightly smaller than the screw’s core diameter. Align the screw with the prepared hole and drive it in using an appropriate screwdriver or a low-torque electric driver to maintain control and prevent over-tightening. Ensure the screw head sits flush or slightly recessed depending on the desired finish. For repeated installations, check that the receiving material remains solid and replace any damaged panel sections before refastening.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in fibreboard, use the screw for interior applications and avoid exposure to prolonged moisture. When fastening into very thin or brittle panels, use a suitable pilot hole and moderate driving torque to preserve holding capacity. Store in a dry environment to maintain the zinc coating condition.
