Hand screwdriver c.k tools T4812 PH2 with a 100 mm blade produced to DIN ISO 8764 standards. This tool is designed to fit Phillips PH2 screw heads precisely, providing consistent contact and reliable torque transfer for general electrical and mechanical fastening tasks. The shaft length and tip geometry are matched to PH2 fasteners to reduce cam‑out and wear during repeated use in workshop, service, and DIY environments.

Advantages

The screwdriver offers a standardized PH2 tip profile and a 100 mm blade that balances reach and control for common fastening jobs. Manufactured to DIN ISO 8764, it ensures dimensional accuracy of the cross‑head tip for a secure fit. The tool’s construction promotes direct torque transfer from handle to fastener and minimizes tip deformation under normal use. Its size and tip type make it a practical choice for routine maintenance, assembly and repairs.

Key specifications

How to use

Align the PH2 tip with the screw recess ensuring the tip fully seats in the cross slot before applying torque. Hold the handle firmly and apply steady rotational force, keeping the shaft inline with the screw axis to avoid cam‑out. For removal, turn in the reverse direction while maintaining alignment. Use the 100 mm blade to reach slightly recessed screws; if additional reach or insulation is required, select an appropriately rated tool.

Recommendations

Inspect the tip before use and replace the screwdriver if the tip shows significant wear or rounding. Select the PH2 size for matching screw heads to avoid damage. Do not use the screwdriver as a pry bar or chisel; use appropriate insulated or torque‑rated drivers when working on live electrical circuits or where specific torque control is required.
