Skrutky Fischer 670277 70 mm 500 kusov

Fischer 670277 70 mm screws are stainless steel wood screws designed for general woodworking and assembly tasks. Each screw measures 70 mm in length with a thread length of 42 mm and a 4.5 mm diameter, supplied in a pack of 500. The stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance, making these screws suitable for interior and certain exterior applications where moisture exposure is limited. Their thread geometry and length are optimized for secure fastening in a variety of timber types.

Advantages

Stainless steel material provides resistance to corrosion and ensures long-term durability. The 70 mm overall length and 42 mm threaded portion deliver deep engagement in wooden substrates for strong joints. A 4.5 mm diameter balances shear strength and ease of driving, reducing splitting risk in many common timber densities. Supplied in a bulk pack of 500, the screws are convenient for larger projects and professional use.

Suitable for

• General carpentry and joinery
• Wooden frame assembly
• Decking and outdoor furniture where stainless steel is acceptable
• Fixing wooden components in interior and semi-exposed environments

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel
• Length: 70 mm
• Thread length: 42 mm
• Diameter: 4.5 mm
• Pack quantity: 500 pieces
• Application: wood fastening

How to use

Pre-drill pilot holes when working with hardwoods or near edges to reduce splitting and ensure accurate alignment. Use an appropriate screwdriver bit or a compatible drill/driver set to the correct torque setting to avoid stripping the head or overdriving the screw. For assemblies requiring countersinking, select a countersink bit sized to the screw head profile. When fastening through treated timber or into corrosive environments, verify that stainless steel fasteners meet the required corrosion resistance for the specific exposure.

Recommendations

For best results, match pilot hole diameter to the timber type (smaller for softwoods, larger for hardwoods) and use moderate driving speed with controlled torque. Store screws in a dry place to preserve packaging and prevent surface contamination prior to installation.
