Skupinový videokonferenčný systém Ricoh Meeting 360 V2 Full HD 8 osôb

The RICOH 360 Meeting Hub (Ricoh Meeting 360 V2) is a compact group video conferencing system combining a 360° camera, microphones and speaker to support meetings for up to eight participants. It provides Full HD imagery and up to 30 fps, a dual fisheye lens for high-resolution panoramic capture, omni-directional audio pick-up up to 6 m, and plug-and-play USB‑C connectivity for quick setup with common conferencing platforms.

Advantages

The device delivers a continuous 360-degree panoramic view so all participants are visible simultaneously, while automatic image adjustment (auto-zoom, contrast, white balance, anti-flicker, local tone mapping and exposure) ensures clear facial details up to 3.6 m from the unit. Voice activation and Auto Gain Control maintain consistent audio levels, and a HiFi4 DSP with acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction supports clear two-way conversations even in noisy environments. Lightweight and ergonomic (about 1.129 kg) with a protective inset camera and a tripod-mount option, the unit is easy to position for office, shop floor or event use.

How to use

Place the RICOH 360 Meeting Hub on a flat surface at the centre of the meeting table or mount it on a tripod for standing sessions. Connect the unit to a laptop with the supplied USB‑C cable and open your preferred conferencing application — no additional drivers or complex configuration are required. Use the touch sensor on the unit to switch between layout options (360° panoramic, split-screen 180° and other available layouts) and let the device automatically focus and highlight active speakers.

Recommendations

Position the unit centrally and ensure a clear line of sight to participants within 3.6 m for best image clarity; place noisy equipment away from the device to improve voice pickup and reduce background noise. For standing or event use, secure the hub on a stable tripod and test the chosen screen layout before starting the meeting.
