Slnečný filter ClearWhite Baader ASTF 200 AstroSolar OD 5.1 200 mm

With an optical density of 5.1, this Baader filter blocks 99.999% of harmful solar radiation, allowing safe, high-resolution white light observation of the Sun's photosphere. The 200 mm clear aperture fits telescopes with a matching objective diameter, delivering a natural white solar image with diffraction-limited performance.

Overview

The Baader ASTF 200 AstroSolar Safety Filter is a front-end objective filter designed for visual solar observation. It uses Baader's AstroSolar Safety Film, a 0.012 mm thick polymer film with a light transmission of just 0.000008%, ensuring complete protection against UV, IR, and visible light. The filter cell is machined from anodized aluminum and attaches securely to the telescope tube via three adjustable screws with plastic tips, preventing damage to the optical tube assembly.
