Archivačný šanón A4 SMLT SEG-AR/150-00527 — chrbát 2 cm, 300 g

Archival A4 Folder SMLT SEG-AR/150-00527 — 2 cm spine, 300 g is a durable document storage folder designed to hold and protect A4-size papers. Constructed from 300 g paperboard, it provides increased stiffness and surface protection to reduce bending and wear during handling and storage. The 2 cm spine expands capacity to accommodate thicker document sets while keeping pages aligned and accessible for retrieval.

Advantages

This folder offers stable stacking and long-term preservation properties due to the heavier 300 g material and reinforced spine. Its A4 format and clear spine dimension make it simple to plan shelf space and organize records. The construction supports everyday office use as well as archive-level storage where documents must remain flat and protected from damage.

Suitable for

• Office filing of contracts, invoices and reports
• Archive storage of receipts, certificates and correspondence
• Home organization of personal documents and manuals
• Project documentation and portfolio presentation

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatible
• Spine width: 2 cm for increased capacity
• Material weight: 300 g paperboard for enhanced rigidity
• Closure: open spine folder design for easy insertion and removal
• Colour and finish: neutral exterior suitable for labeling and shelving

How to use

Place A4 documents inside the folder so that the binding edge aligns with the 2 cm spine. For thick sets, distribute pages evenly and avoid overfilling beyond the spine capacity to maintain shape and prevent deformation. Label the spine or cover to identify contents quickly and store the folder upright on shelves or stacked flat depending on available space. When retrieving, handle by the spine to reduce stress on stored pages.

Recommendations

Store folders in a dry, temperature-stable environment away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity to preserve paper quality. Use acid-free sleeves for particularly important or fragile documents if long-term archival preservation is required. Regularly check stored material for signs of wear and refile into fresh folders when necessary.
