Somfy 2400939 bezpečnostná svetelná závora pre pohony brán a garážových dverí

This safety photocell from Somfy offers reliable infrared detection for automatic gates, garage doors, and barriers. Unlike basic sensors, it integrates directly with Somfy's Dexxo, Axorn, Elixo, Ixengo, SGS, and SGA motor lines, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with EN 12978 safety standards.

Highlights

• Infrared detection with a range of up to 10 meters (15 m in optimal conditions)
• Selectable relay output (NO/NC) for flexible integration
• IP54-rated housing withstands dust and water splashes
• LED beam alignment indicator simplifies installation

In daily use

The photocell pair continuously monitors the gate opening. If the infrared beam is interrupted while the gate is closing, the relay output triggers the motor to stop or reverse, preventing accidents. The LED indicator helps align the transmitter and receiver during setup, reducing installation time.
