The Outwell Convertible Junior is a children’s mummy-style sleeping bag with an extendable body length that grows with the child from 140 cm to 170 cm. Made from polyester with a blue finish, it is designed for everyday camping, sleepovers and outdoor trips where a compact, easy-to-manage bag is needed. The bag’s adjustable length and child-friendly design details help children manage their own sleeping gear while prolonging the product’s usable life.

Advantages

The extendable length allows the sleeping bag to be adjusted as a child grows, increasing longevity and value. The mummy shape provides efficient insulation by keeping warmth close to the body, while lightweight polyester construction makes the bag easy to carry and pack. Design features aimed at children simplify handling at camp and home.

Suitable for

• Overnight camps and school trips
• Family camping and outdoor weekend trips
• Sleepovers and stays at grandparents’ or friends’ homes
• Children up to approximately 150 cm in height

When it may not be suitable

This sleeping bag is aimed at children and is sized for users up to roughly 150 cm tall; it may not be suitable for taller teenagers or adults. It is a lightweight polyester mummy bag intended for moderate outdoor conditions—those needing extreme cold-weather performance or technical mountaineering insulation should consider specialist adult sleeping bags.
