The Outwell Contour Lux XL is a dual-season rectangular sleeping bag with extra width to increase comfort. Made from polyester and designed for adult users up to 190 cm tall, the bag measures 2200 mm in length and 1050 mm in width, providing generous sleeping space. It features a reversible construction that lets you adjust insulation levels, a zip-off hood and a removable pillow for added convenience, and the ability to open fully into a duvet or zip together with another single bag to form a double.

Advantages

The Contour Lux XL offers a combination of versatility and comfort through its reversible temperature option and extra-wide rectangular shape. A zip-off hood and built-in removable pillow add sleeping convenience, while polyester construction ensures easy care. The sleeping bag can be fully opened to serve as a duvet or joined with a matching single bag to create a double, increasing its usability for different situations.

Suitable for

• Car camping and family camping trips
• Three-season use (spring, summer, autumn) in mild to cool conditions
• Campers who prefer a roomy rectangular sleeping bag
• Situations needing a convertible option (duvet or double bag)

When it may not be suitable

This sleeping bag is not intended for winter use in very cold or alpine conditions. Users who need extreme cold-weather protection or a highly compressible, lightweight summer bag for backpacking should consider purpose-built alternatives.
