Špicaté kliešte Knipex 08 25 145

The Knipex 08 25 145 needle-nose pliers are 145 mm long precision combination pliers forged from high-grade tool steel and manifold oil-hardened for durability. With a slim head design and pointed jaws, they provide handy use in confined areas and enable precise handling for electrical and electronic tasks. The pliers have plastic handles for comfortable grip and offer long service life with stable tips.

Advantages

The slim head and anti-twist pointed jaws improve access and control in tight spaces. One side of the gripping surfaces features a special convex contour for secure gripping of flat parts, while a milled groove in the gripping area permits holding and pulling small parts such as nails, pins and bolts. High-leverage joint construction allows easy cutting, and dedicated cutting edges are suitable for soft, medium-hard and hard wire. The tool is forged from special high-grade tool steel and heat-treated for extended durability.

Suitable for

• Precision electrical and electronic work in confined spaces

How to use

Position the needle-nose jaws around the component to be gripped or cut, using the pointed tips to reach into tight spaces. Use the convex-contoured side of the gripping surface for flat parts and the milled groove to secure small nails, pins or bolts before pulling. For cutting tasks, place the wire into the appropriate cutting edge and apply steady pressure; the high-leverage joint reduces the force required. Maintain control of the tool by holding the plastic handles firmly and working with smooth, deliberate motions.

Recommendations

Do not use the pliers on live electrical circuits. Keep cutting edges clean and sharp and avoid cutting hardened steel beyond the specified capability. Store the pliers dry to prevent corrosion and inspect tips periodically for wear to ensure accurate gripping.
