Spojka na káblovú rúrku DeLOCK 60454 M20 mosadzný vonkajší závit čierna

The DeLOCK conduit coupling 60454 with M20 brass external thread and black finish is designed to connect corrugated protective conduits and ensure a secure mechanical and environmental joint. It provides a robust connection with high sealing performance and good tensile strength, and pairs with Delock protective conduit 60458 for a firm hold in installations and machine systems.

Advantages

The fitting is rated IP68 for dust and waterproof protection, offering increased resistance to dirt and moisture. Its brass external thread and resilient construction deliver reliable mechanical strength and long-term dimensional stability. The black finish matches common conduit systems and installation environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting corrugated protective conduits
• Industrial and machine installations
• Automation systems
• Outdoor and indoor electrical conduit runs requiring IP68 protection

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 60454
• Thread: M20 external (brass)
• Colour: Black
• Protection rating: IP68 (dust and waterproof)
• Compatible with: Delock protective conduit 60458

How to use

Thread the coupling onto the mating M20 thread and insert the corrugated protective conduit into the fitting until it seats firmly. Tighten to a secure fit by hand or with appropriate tools, taking care not to over-torque the brass thread. Verify the connection for a sealed fit and proper mechanical retention before energising or placing the installation into service.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the coupling with Delock protective conduit 60458 and follow installation torque recommendations for M20 brass threads. Inspect seals after exposure to mechanical stress or harsh environments and replace if deformation or wear is observed.
