Using a single USB Type-C port on your laptop, output HDMI video and charge the laptop

This USB-C™ to HDMI® adapter enables you to connect your laptop or MacBook with USB Type-C™ to an HDMI display. The video adapter features USB Power Delivery, so you can power your laptop while simultaneously outputting video to an HDMI display.

USB Type-C is a universal connectivity standard that combines all of your essential functions into one dynamic port. This video adapter works with USB-C devices that pass a DisplayPort video signal, such as the MacBook and Chromebook Pixel™ and it's also compatible with Thunderbolt™ 3 ports.

The perfect travel companion for your MacBook with USB-C

With its all-white design, this USB-C video adapter is the perfect accessory for your USB-C equipped MacBook. The adapter is compact and lightweight, so it fits easily into your MacBook bag or carrying case, which is great for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) applications at the office.

While the adapter looks great next to your MacBook or HP® ENVY laptop, it also works with any USB-C computer that supports DisplayPort ALT mode, such as your Windows® laptop.

Charges your laptop

Unlike some video adapters that prevent you from charging your computer by taking up your laptop’s USB-C charge port while you're outputting video, this video adapter supports USB Power Delivery and features an additional USB-C port. This means you can charge your laptop, even while outputting video, by simply connecting the laptop’s power adapter to the additional port. It’s the perfect solution for laptops that only have a single USB-C port.

Promotes portability

This USB Type-C video adapter maximizes portability with a lightweight, small-footprint design. It’s the perfect accessory to carry with your MacBook or Chromebook, fitting easily into your laptop bag or carrying case. Its ultra-portable design makes this adapter perfect for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) applications at the office.

Connects easily

This adapter lets you utilize the versatile USB Type-C port on your portable device. USB Type-C is a reversible connector, so no matter how you plug it in, the adapter will always connect. This saves you the hassle and embarrassment of struggling with your device when you're trying to deliver a presentation or share information.

Maintains astonishing picture quality

At four times the resolution of high-definition 1080p, you’ll be amazed at the picture quality of a 4K monitor or television. The adapter lets you harness the video capabilities that are built into your USB Type-C connection to deliver the astonishing quality of Ultra HD to your 4K display. 4K resolution gives you additional screen space to simplify your approach to detailed work such as editing video and viewing large spreadsheets.

Even if you're not running 4K, the adapter supports high-definition 1080p and lower resolutions, which gives you peace of mind in knowing that this adapter will work with any HDMI video display you need to connect to.
