STAUB La Cocotte 28cm okrúhly liatinový dusací hrniec, grafitová sivá

Slow-cooked stews, braised meats, and crusty breads demand a pot that retains heat evenly and locks in moisture. The STAUB La Cocotte 28cm Round Cast Iron Cocotte in Graphite Grey meets that challenge with a heavy, enameled cast iron body and a self-basting lid. Its flat lid is studded with tiny spikes that collect steam and return it evenly over the food, keeping dishes tender without constant attention. The black matte enamel interior is scratch-resistant and develops a natural patina over time, while the vibrant graphite grey exterior goes from stovetop to table with style.

Tips

For best results, heat the cocotte gradually on low to medium heat before adding ingredients. Avoid thermal shock by not placing a hot pot on a cold surface. Hand wash with warm water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the enamel. The black interior will develop a patina that enhances browning over time. Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the surface.
