Key specifications

• Motor power: 370 W
• Application: bench-mounted grinder for precision grinding and sharpening
• Construction: robust housing designed to limit vibration
• Tool rests: adjustable to support workpiece positioning
• Wheel guards: protective covers for operator safety
• Footprint: compact design suitable for small workbenches

How to use

Secure the grinder to a stable workbench before operation. Fit appropriate grinding wheels according to the material and task, and ensure wheel guards and tool rests are correctly positioned. Start the motor and allow it to reach full speed before making contact with the workpiece. Use the adjustable tool rest to steady the item being ground and apply light, even pressure, moving the workpiece across the wheel to maintain an even profile. After use, switch off the motor and wait until the wheel stops completely before making adjustments or removing the workpiece.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate eye and hand protection and check grinding wheels for damage prior to each use. Match wheel grit and type to the material being worked. Maintain proper wheel dressing to preserve cutting performance and replace wheels when worn or cracked. Keep the tool rests close to the wheel and avoid excessive pressure to prevent wheel overheating and premature wear.
