Sunnylife Flip ND16 filter pre DJI Mini 3 Pro / Mini 3

For drone pilots capturing cinematic footage in bright daylight, the Sunnylife Flip ND16 Filter is a precision optical tool that reduces light intake by 4 stops, enabling slower shutter speeds and natural motion blur. Designed as a direct replacement for the original UV filter on the DJI Mini 3 Pro and Mini 3, it snaps on securely without tools.

Key specifications

• Filter type: Neutral Density (ND)
• ND value: ND16 (4-stop light reduction, 1/16 transmission)
• Compatibility: DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3
• Optical material: High-quality optical glass
• Frame material: Aviation aluminum alloy
• Coating: Multi-layer (waterproof, oil-proof, scratch-resistant)

Why choose it

The multi-coated glass maintains high color fidelity with minimal cast, while the aluminum frame adds durability without burdening the gimbal. It effectively prevents overexposure and glare in harsh sunlight, allowing for more creative control over shutter speed and aperture.

Ideal use cases

• Bright outdoor aerial photography and videography
• Cinematic video with smooth motion blur
• Long exposure stills in daylight

Good to know

The filter's lightweight design ensures it does not affect drone balance or flight performance. It replaces the stock UV filter, so no additional adapters are needed.
