Svetelný vypínač Merten 432825 – termoplastové puzdro, biela, jednodielny

Merten 432825 is a white single-piece light switch with a thermoplastic housing designed for standard electrical installations. The switch provides a basic on/off function for lighting circuits and is intended for installation in flush-mounted switch boxes. Its compact form and durable thermoplastic enclosure offer electrical insulation and a low-profile appearance suitable for residential and commercial interiors where a simple, reliable switching device is required.

Advantages

The thermoplastic housing ensures long-term mechanical strength and electrical insulation while keeping the product lightweight. The one-piece design simplifies installation and maintenance, reducing the number of components to handle. The neutral white finish integrates with most interior decors and supports standard wiring connections used in wall switch circuits. The construction is focused on straightforward functionality and consistent switching performance.

Suitable for

• Basic room lighting control in homes and apartments
• Corridor and stairwell lighting in residential buildings
• Office and commercial spaces requiring standard on/off switching
• Replacement of existing single-pole switches with the same form factor

Key specifications

• Mounting: flush-mounted installation in standard switch boxes
• Housing material: thermoplastic for electrical insulation and impact resistance
• Color: white, matte finish
• Configuration: single-pole, single-switch unit
• Operation: mechanical rocker for on/off control
• Pack contents: one unit per pack

How to use

Install the switch into a standard flush-mounted wall box following local electrical codes. Before beginning installation, disconnect power at the circuit breaker. Connect the live (phase) and switched live conductors to the appropriate terminals according to wiring standards; secure the earth/neutral connections as required by the installation scheme. After wiring, fix the switch to the box with the provided screws and attach the cover or frame. Restore power and test the switching function to confirm correct operation.

Recommendations

Use this single-piece thermoplastic switch for general lighting circuits with compatible voltage and current ratings. Verify compatibility with existing wiring and mounting depth prior to purchase. For installations involving dimmers, multi-way switching, or where higher ingress protection or fire-resistance is required, select a product specifically rated for those functions. If unsure, consult a qualified electrician to ensure safe and code-compliant installation.
