Svorka Bessey TWV16-20-15-2K platinová

The Bessey TWV16-20-15-2K Platinum clamp is a compact and robust clamping tool designed for reliable workholding in workshop and construction environments. With overall dimensions that provide a practical clamping reach and a solid frame construction, this clamp is intended to secure workpieces during assembly, gluing, and light machining operations. The design emphasizes durability and repeatable performance for both professional tradespeople and home workshop users.

Advantages

The clamp offers a sturdy build and consistent clamping pressure, enabling secure fixation of material without frequent readjustment. Its size and geometry deliver a useful balance between reach and control, while the materials and manufacturing quality contribute to long-term durability. The product is straightforward to operate and maintain, reducing downtime and supporting efficient workflow in repetitive tasks.

Suitable for

• Woodworking assembly and gluing
• Light metalworking and holding small parts
• Cabinet and furniture making
• DIY projects and hobbyist workbenches

Key specifications

• Overall width (clamping reach): 350 mm
• Overall depth: 150.1 mm
• Overall height: 119.9 mm
• Robust frame design for repeated clamping cycles
• Compact footprint suitable for small workspaces

How to use

Position the clamp so that its jaws contact the workpiece surfaces to be secured, ensuring even alignment across the clamping area. Turn or activate the clamping mechanism until the required holding pressure is achieved, taking care not to over-torque delicate materials. For gluing operations, apply pressure evenly and leave the clamp in place for the recommended curing time. After use, release the clamping mechanism and store the tool in a dry place to avoid corrosion and maintain smooth operation.

Recommendations

To extend service life and maintain consistent performance, inspect the clamping faces for debris or damage before each use, and avoid exposing the clamp to corrosive environments. Use protective pads when clamping finished or delicate surfaces to prevent marking.
