How to use

Place the unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure adequate clearance around the appliance for ventilation. Preheat the fryer if your recipe recommends it by selecting the desired temperature and letting the unit run for a few minutes. Load food into the basket, avoiding overfilling to allow even air circulation. Set the time and temperature using the touch controls and start the cooking cycle. For foods that require turning, pause the cycle and shake or turn items halfway through. After cooking, use oven mitts to remove the basket and transfer food to a plate. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning removable parts according to manufacturer instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, lightly coat foods with a small amount of oil when a crispier surface is desired. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure uniform airflow and crispness. Regularly remove food residues from the basket and drawer to maintain airflow efficiency and prevent smoke during subsequent use.
