Telefónny adaptér ShiverPeaks S-Impuls RJ-11 S na TAE-NFN R 10 cm

Inline telephone adapter ShiverPeaks S-Impuls RJ-11 S to TAE-NFN R with a 10 cm cable converts an RJ-11 S plug into a TAE-NFN R socket, allowing devices with TAE wiring to connect to equipment that uses RJ-11 S connectors. The compact adapter is intended for simple, short-distance connections between telephone handsets, answering machines or fax devices and base units, maintaining the correct pinout for voice and basic telephony signalling. Its short integrated cable helps keep connections tidy behind desks or near telephone base stations.

Advantages

The adapter provides a direct mechanical and electrical transition between two common telephone connector standards, eliminating the need for rewiring or larger adapters. Its compact size and fixed short cable reduce clutter and simplify installation in tight spaces. The product is manufactured to match standard pin assignments used in consumer telephony equipment, ensuring compatibility with most handsets and small office devices that accept RJ-11 S plugs.

Suitable for

• Connecting RJ-11 S handsets to devices or wall sockets wired for TAE-NFN
• Home telephone setups where legacy German TAE sockets must interface with modern equipment
• Small office and reception areas requiring quick, simple adapter solutions

Key specifications

• Connector A: RJ-11 S plug
• Connector B: TAE-NFN R socket
• Cable length: 10 cm (integrated)
• Intended use: analogue voice telephony connections
• Format: inline adapter with fixed cable

How to use

Insert the RJ-11 S plug into the corresponding RJ-11 socket on the telephone base unit or handset cable, then plug the TAE-NFN R socket onto the device or wall connector wired for TAE. Ensure connectors are seated fully to establish a reliable connection. No tools or additional wiring are required; the adapter functions immediately after physical connection. Check device settings or line status if voice service does not become active after connecting.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short cable runs and in locations where a compact transition between RJ-11 S and TAE-NFN R is needed. Avoid exposing the adapter to moisture, excessive bending of the short cable, or mechanical strain that could damage the connectors. For long-term installations or complex telephony setups, consider professional cabling or a permanent jack replacement to preserve signal quality.
