Telefónny kábel EFB Elektronik K2406SW.1, 1 m, RJ-12 na RJ-45, čierny

EFB Elektronik K2406SW.1 is a 1 m telephone cable featuring an RJ-12 connector on one end and an RJ-45 connector on the other. The cable is intended for short-range indoor connections between desk telephones, PBX interfaces, telephone adapters or other communication devices that require mixing of RJ-12 and RJ-45 terminations. Its black jacket and compact length make it suitable for tidy installations on or under desks and for connecting devices in small office or home environments.

Advantages

The cable provides a direct, low-profile physical connection between RJ-12 and RJ-45 ports without the need for adapters, reducing signal path complexity. With a one-metre length it limits excess cable clutter while offering sufficient reach for typical desk-to-wall or desk-to-adapter runs. The black outer sheath helps the cable blend into office environments and hides dirt or discoloration during normal use.

Suitable for

• Connecting desk telephones to PBX or patch panels where one end uses RJ-12 and the other RJ-45
• Linking telephone adapters or line converters with mixed connector types
• Short indoor runs behind desks, in telephone cupboards or small equipment racks

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 metre
• Connector A: RJ-12 (6P6C) on one end
• Connector B: RJ-45 (8P8C) on the other end
• Colour: Black
• Intended use: Short-range indoor telephone and communication connections

How to use

Identify the device ports: insert the RJ-12 plug into the telephone or PBX port designed for 6‑position connectors and insert the RJ-45 plug into the counterpart network or adapter port expecting 8‑position connectors. Ensure both plugs click securely into place to establish reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid tight bends or pinching and keep it clear of high-heat sources or sharp edges. For removal, depress the connector latch before gently pulling the plug out.

Recommendations

Use this cable for indoor connections where a short, neat link is required between devices with RJ-12 and RJ-45 ports. Avoid outdoor exposure, prolonged mechanical stress, and immersion in liquids. For longer runs or installations requiring specific shielding or higher durability, select a cable rated for those conditions.
