Telegärtner 100008945 RJ45 patch kábel, CAT 5e F/UTP, 7,5 m, sivý, samozhášavý, s ochranou proti zlomeniu

Reliable network connections are the backbone of any modern office or home setup, and a failing cable can bring productivity to a halt. This Telegärtner CAT 5e patch cable solves that problem with a robust, flame-retardant design and a bend protection boot that prevents damage at the connector—the most common point of failure. At 7.5 metres, it bridges the gap between devices without excess slack, making it ideal for structured cabling in offices, server rooms, or even home networks where safety and performance matter.

Who is it for

This cable is built for IT professionals, network administrators, and demanding home users who need a dependable link between computers, switches, routers, and patch panels. It is especially suited for environments where fire safety regulations require flame-retardant cabling, such as commercial buildings, schools, and public institutions. The grey colour blends discreetly into most interiors, and the length is perfect for connecting devices across a desk or between adjacent racks.

Main features

• CAT 5e performance supports Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbps) with a bandwidth of 100 MHz, ensuring smooth data transfer for everyday networking tasks.
• F/UTP shielding (foiled twisted pair) reduces electromagnetic interference, maintaining signal integrity even in electrically noisy environments.
• Flame-retardant jacket meets safety standards, helping to prevent the spread of fire along the cable.
• Bend protection boot on each RJ45 connector relieves strain and prevents cable damage from sharp bends or repeated plugging.
• Stranded copper conductors provide flexibility and durability for frequent moves and reconfigurations.
• Standard TIA/EIA-568B wiring ensures compatibility with all Ethernet devices.

Tips

To maximise the lifespan of this cable, avoid pulling it by the connector and use cable ties to manage slack without kinking. For best performance, keep it away from power lines and fluorescent lights, which can cause interference. When routing through walls or conduits, ensure the bend radius is not too tight—the boot protects the connector, but the cable itself should not be sharply folded. Pair it with quality patch panels and keystone jacks to maintain a clean, professional network.
