Why choose it

What sets the FID 3 apart is its thoughtful design. The high-impact plastic outer shells are tough enough to withstand slides and scrapes, while the EVA foam padding underneath absorbs and dissipates impact energy. The soft, moisture-wicking inner lining keeps your skin dry even during long sessions, and the breathable mesh panels promote airflow to prevent overheating. With pre-curved shapes that match natural joint angles, these guards won't restrict your movement. The adjustable Velcro straps and elastic straps ensure a secure, personalized fit that won't slip or bunch up.

Ideal use cases

• Skateboarding and longboarding
• Inline and roller skating
• Kick scooters and electric scooters
• Roller derby and aggressive skating

Good to know

Note that this set is intended for recreational use, providing reliable protection for everyday riding and light tricks. For high-speed or professional disciplines, consider a more specialized protector. The wrist guards are ergonomically shaped for left and right hands. To maintain hygiene, wipe the shells with a damp cloth and allow to air dry after use. Do not machine wash the pads.
