Teplom zmršťovacia bužírka CellPack 203677, dĺžka 10 m, jednotlivé balenie

CellPack 203677 heat-shrink tubing is supplied as a 10 m single-pack roll and is intended for insulating, protecting and providing strain relief to cable joints and terminations. The product is suitable for use in electrical installations, repairs and cable routing where a reliable protective sleeve is required for wiring connections in residential and light industrial settings. The roll format allows cutting to length for individual applications and ease of storage; a standard spool may include sections which have been tied together.

Advantages

This heat-shrink tubing offers consistent wall shrinkage and creates a tight fit over conductors and connectors to improve insulation and mechanical protection. The flexible material conforms to irregular shapes, seals against dust and moisture to a degree appropriate for non-submersible applications, and reduces strain on soldered or crimped joints. Supplied on a 10 m roll, it supports multiple repairs or installations without the need to stock many short pieces.

How to use

Select a tube section long enough to cover the joint or termination with an allowance at each end. Slide the tubing over the connection before making the joint when possible, or position it over the joint afterwards where accessible. Apply heat evenly with a heat gun, hot-air tool or appropriate heat source while rotating the cable to ensure uniform shrinkage. Heat until the tubing conforms snugly around the conductor and connector; avoid excessive local overheating that could damage insulation or components. Trim any excess tubing with a sharp knife or scissors once cooled.

Recommendations

For repeatable results, use a controlled hot-air tool and maintain an even distance while shrinking. Verify compatibility of the tubing material with the operating temperature and voltage of the application. Store the roll in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to preserve material properties.
