Key specifications

• Power source: 18V battery (cordless)
• Glue stick diameter: 11 mm
• Compatibility: standard 11 mm hot-melt glue sticks for general-purpose adhesives
• Design: compact, lightweight and ergonomic housing for handheld use
• Typical applications: bonding wood, textiles, plastics and small craft components

How to use

Insert an 11 mm glue stick into the rear feed and switch the tool on according to the manufacturer's instructions. Allow the device to reach operating temperature before applying adhesive to the workpiece. Apply the molten glue evenly to one surface, press the parts together within the recommended open time and hold until the bond sets. For precision work, use short, controlled squeezes of the trigger and move the nozzle steadily along the joint. After use, switch the tool off and allow it to cool down before storing.

Recommendations

Use suitable 11 mm hot-melt glue sticks matched to the materials being bonded, and follow standard safety precautions: work in a well-ventilated area, avoid skin contact with hot adhesive, and allow the gun to cool before changing sticks or storing. For best results on porous materials, apply glue to both surfaces if necessary and clamp until fully set.
