Tesniaci krúžok Gedore 6675360

The Gedore 6675360 grommet/ring is a lightweight sealing and protective component weighing approximately 4 g. Manufactured by Gedore, it is designed to provide a secure fit around cables, hoses or fasteners and to protect adjacent parts from abrasion and vibration. The part's compact profile and consistent dimensions make it suitable for repeated installation and long-term use in service environments where small protective fittings are required.

Advantages

This grommet/ring combines low weight with durable material properties to resist wear and mechanical stress during normal use. Its consistent shape ensures reliable seating in pre-cut holes or housings, reducing the risk of chafing on wiring or tubing. The component is easy to handle and install, and its construction supports stable performance under typical automotive and industrial conditions.

How to use

Select a grommet size matching the cable, hose or fastener diameter and the panel hole dimension. Press the ring into the prepared opening until it seats evenly; ensure the protected item passes through the central aperture without excessive force. For applications with vibration, confirm that the grommet is fully seated on both sides of the panel to maintain isolation. If removal is required, carefully deform the ring outward to clear the panel edge and lift it free.

Recommendations

Inspect the grommet periodically for signs of cracking, hardening or deformation, particularly in environments exposed to oils, solvents or extreme temperatures. Replace the component if its fit becomes loose or if it shows visible wear. When selecting this grommet for a specific installation, verify compatibility with the cable/hose outer diameter and the panel hole size to ensure proper protection and retention.
